Buffalo Steel Structures, LLC is a business-to-business project development firm. We connect general contractors with vetted subcontractors in our four specialty scopes and manage the deal from bid drop to award. We do not hold the subcontract ourselves, and we do not work with the general public.
The model
We're the connector — not the sub.
Over years of running scopes as a subcontractor, we learned two things: GCs want fewer, better bidders — and good subs want fewer, better GCs. Buffalo Steel now sits between the two, using our specialty focus and relationships to make that match happen quickly.
The contract, fabrication, and installation are always handled by the partner subcontractor. We facilitate the introduction, help align scope and expectations, and get paid a fee when the deal closes.
